The curves remind me of the way Alvar Aalto used to build and design. Pity you don't know what building it is or who built it. Would have liked to know, now that I've seen it.
About the photo, you got a nice and clean shot of the curves here. I like that you only took photo of a part of the building and added a bit of the sky. I think the only shame would be, that it was no sunny, clear day. When I look at the building I can just imagine how breathtaking the blue sky would look reflected in the windows. :)
